AD | Collaborative post. Erin turned 3 at the beginning of the year. She is still in the same bedroom as she was when she was born and it’s been a long time since we first decorated that room. I tried to keep it very neutral at the time with no gender specific features but at the time we didn’t know Erin or her personality. We live in a smallish town in North Norfolk and although we’re only 30 minutes away from Norwich by train, I don’t get into the city much. This means that, as well as a lack of money, I don’t go shopping much at all. Something we do have where I live is quite a lot of charity shops though. However, my sister and her fiancé moved into their own house in July which means we have our room back and it’s time to start thinking about making a few changes. AD | Paid collaboration We bought our house 4 years ago now and sometimes it still doesn’t quite feel like home. We haven’t done much work to some of the rooms and the one that feels the least homely is the living room where we actually spend most of our time.
