A couple of weeks ago we went on our very first family holiday abroad to Majorca and we stayed at the FERGUS Style Pollensa Park SPA in Puerto Pollensa. Choosing a hotel online can be quite tricky as you never really know what to expect but luckily a few people I know have stayed here before and told me how nice it was. The night before we flew out to Majorca from Stansted Airport we had a night’s stay at the Holiday Inn Express London – Stansted Airport Hotel. We arrived at around 1:30pm, a little earlier than planned as we’d had enough of being in central London. Not all Holiday Inn Express hotels have restaurants but I think it’s quite important for an airport hotel to have somewhere for people to eat a decent meal if they’ve been travelling a long time. I never like to stay in the same place twice when we go to London. I don’t know why. I guess it would make sense to stick with a hotel if we really like it but I like to stay in different areas where possible and discover something new. On our last trip we stayed in the Premier Inn London City which is in the Tower Hill area of London. Premier Inn London City is about a 20 minute walk from London Liverpool Street if you fancy walking but it’s also only 2 stops away

Normally I would stay in a chain hotel if I had Erin and John with but seeing as I was on my own, I went for a bit of a cheaper hotel.
