Moving to any city can be a daunting prospect. But there is something quite exciting about moving to the capital. London is where it all happens. Many businesses have their head offices there. Lots of shops have their flagship stores in the heart of the city. With restaurants and bars galore. There is something for everyone in London. So I thought I would share with you some of the things to consider if you are moving to the capital.
Last month I had a fantastic weekend in London with my uni friends, celebrating one of their birthdays. Dirty Dancing, one of those classic films that you can watch over and over again. Even though I’ve seen a fair few shows either at the West End or at a local theatre, this has never been one of them. I recently had a free evening in London so I bought myself a ticket for Dirty Dancing: The Classic Story on Stage at the Dominion Theatre.
London is such a great city to visit as a family because there’s so much to do. Not only that but there is so much to do for free, including some amazing museums. One of those museums is the Natural History Museum, somewhere we visited during the Christmas holidays.

On one of our trips to London during the summer holidays we were a bit stuck for ideas of what to do, having already spent a week there not too long beforehand. One of our favourite restaurants is around the corner from the British Museum though so we thought we would combine the two for an afternoon.
