Mother’s Day is right around the corner but sadly it’s another day where we can’t celebrate with days our or meals in lovely restaurants. Instead we’ll be making the most of Mother’s Day at home so I wanted to share some gift ideas this year:
Although we’re not able to go for a day out or get our nails done at the moment it shouldn’t be long until all of that is possible again. By gifting a Treat Her Smartbox from buyagift, the recipient will be able to choose an experience themselves when things are more back to normal.
We’re all going for a lot of walks at the minute and it’s so important to stay hydrated at the same time. The Peter Rabbit bamboo travel mug is absolutely beautiful and would be perfect for a walk at any time of the day.
With spring on the horizon the bees will soon be out and about in our gardens. I absolutely love these bee themed Mother’s Day gifts from Red Candy. The hive measuring bowls and bee measuring spoons are perfect for the kitchen.
Mother’s Day can mean a lot of different things to different people. I love how the Adorable You figurine by Willow Tree focuses on relationships that people have with their pets. If you’re looking for a gift for a dog owner then be sure to consider this.
Does your Mum (or Grandma) like a nice cuppa? The Large Moo Mug from Lucy’s Farm is absolutely adorable and I know I wouldn’t mind looking at this cute face every day!
We’re busy saving for a big holiday to Orlando, Florida in 2023 so that we can take Erin to Disney. It’s always nice to have somewhere beautiful to keep some savings and the Something There – Mrs Potts Money Bank Figurine by Enchanting Disney is perfect for us. I know that any Disney fan will love it too.
It can be hard to think of something for new Mums on Mother’s Day sometimes. The Natural Birthing Company’s New Mum Bundle has your sorted though and it includes breastfeeding oils, pillow mist and soothing bottom spray.
If the person you’re buying for is really into their skincare then a Skincare Squad gift set from grüum would make a wonderful gift. It includes Exfoliating face wash, Gentle face wash, Rejuvenating facial tonic and a Gentle moisturiser.
You can never have enough mugs and the Queen Mug by Our Name Is Mud is absolutely perfect for Mother’s Day. The crown is gorgeous and the back of the mug says ‘Queen of everything’.
You can’t beat a nice notebook as a gift and for Mother’s Day the personalised shadow name notebook from Proper Goose works really well. I know this would put a smile on my face every time I used it.
While it would be lovely to go out and enjoy a cocktail or two with family this Mother’s Day, we have to do so at home instead. Cocktail Hour offer a monthly club where you receive 2 ready to pour cocktails and snacks, without all of the mess and hassle of using cocktail shakers!
Just because we can’t get out to do an escape room it doesn’t mean we can’t have fun doing them at home. Epic Escapes offer an Escape Room in a box, where you get three different settings to solve (Hijack, Piracy and Crime). There are varying levels of difficulty too so if you’re new to escape rooms, this is a great place ton start.
Looking for something comfortable but stylish to give as a gift this year? Love Leggings have plenty of options in a range of really good sizes. I really love these Plus Size dark blue full length jeggings; they’re something that will go with everything!
Maybe the person you’re buying for this year is into collectibles. We’re huge Harry Potter fans in this house and Gift Giving All Wrapped Up have an amazing selection of Harry Potter charm figurines (pictured here are Draco Malfoy, Voldemort and Snape).
