Review & Giveaway: Spot book and DVD

There are certain books that you’ll always remember from your childhood. A series I could never forget is the Spot books by Eric Hill. Not only were there books but there was also an animated television show. I jumped at the chance when the opportunity came about to review a Spot book and to host a giveaway for a book and a DVD!

Erin, 7 and a half months old, is really getting into lift the flap books. This is partly why I was so excited to get to review Spot. I couldn’t wait to see how Erin reacted to Spot.

John and Erin sat down to read Where’s Spot? before bed one evening.

Erin seemed to really enjoy this flap book. Whenever John went to lift up a flap to see where Spot was, Erin tried to help as well! Although Erin is still very young, I don’t think it will be too long before she’s turning the pages herself.

I had honestly forgotten how cute and fun these books are. The books aren’t too long so they will keep a child’s interest really easily. I would say that these books are aimed at children up to about 4 or 5 years old. This means Erin should get a lot of use out of this book until she outgrows it. Even then, this is one we’ll be putting in her memory box. I don’t have any copies from when I was a child so I’d love for her to keep this one.

This adorable puppy has come a long way since I was reading books about him probably 25 years ago as he now has his very own website Fun With Spot! The website has some lovely activities for children, such as colouring sheets to download and print off and also some games to play! Spot is certainly a lot more interactive than he was when I first discovered him.

I am so happy to be able to offer someone the chance to win a copy of a Spot book and also a DVD! You can enter below through the Rafflecopter giveaway.

The giveaway is open to UK entrants who are over 18. The giveaway ends on 1st September and prizes will be sent out by the PR contact.

Good luck!!
