Looking for something free and different to do in Looking for something free and different to do in London? Head to Tottenham Court Road tube station to find massive four-storey tall, 360-degree wrap-around LED screens in The Now Building by Outernet London.

We've been on most trips to London as we end up at Tottenham Court Road anyway and it's never been the same thing twice. These huge screens are absolutely beautiful and always changing.

This time there were a few different games such as football and Tetris that you could join in with just by scanning the QR code. We had a little bit of time to kill so this was an ideal place to stop, especially for a little sit down and to cool down a bit.

The best thing? It's open roughly until 11:30pm and entrance is completely free. You can come and go as you please, or even sit for a while and watch it over and over again.
Many years ago on a holiday to Helsinki and Tallin Many years ago on a holiday to Helsinki and Tallinn, I discovered Vapiano. Since then, it's been a tradition to go to @vapianouk whenever I'm in London.

Just around the corner from Tottenham Court Station is where you'll find my favourite branch, although there are others at Paddington and Tower Bridge.

Order on the app, choosing from freshly cooked pizza, pasta or risotto. I love that you can really customise your order, picking the type of pasta and adding extras. It's very rare that I have anything other than a carbonara and I stick by the fact it's the best I've had anywhere, not just in London.

Children's meals include a starter, pizza or pasta and gelato, as well as a drink. The pizzas are adorable and come shaped as a bunny, with veggies to make the eyes and nose. Erin tried the pasta for the first time recently and I think she's finally moved on from pizza!

Something we love about Vapiano? Looking to see if there's one in a new city when we go abroad!
As much as we love a museum in London, it's nice t As much as we love a museum in London, it's nice to find something a bit different to do. Just a few minutes from Camden Town tube station you'll find @babylonparkldn, and what a find it is!

Inside, you'll find an exciting arcade which also has rides and even an indoor rollercoaster!

We booked tickets online, paying £26.25 each for a 1.5 hour time slot. The great thing is that you don't actually have to pay to enter, only if you want to play. I obviously wanted to play too though.

Your wristband allows you to play absolutely everything and go on the rides as much as you like, within the 1.5 hours. There's no additional cost and you even win tickets which you can exchange for prizes at the end.

It was so nice to be able to play so many games together, without having to think about how much we were spending. Erin was able to go on her favourite grabbers over and over again while I threw way too many balls at clowns.

We booked for 10am, when Babylon Park opened and it was pretty quiet, even in the summer holidays. By the time we left at around 12pm, it got quite a bit busier so there were more queues and waiting for some of the games.

Babylon Park is right around the corner from Camden Market so it's a great option for lunch after (although there is a cafe here too)

With our trip to Disneyland Paris around 7 months With our trip to Disneyland Paris around 7 months away, Erin and I visited the Disney Store during a trip to London.

With Toy Story 5 being the newest release, there’s a lot of merch available and it took up quite a big area of the main floor. Don’t miss taking your photo with Woody or Buzz while you’re there!

We loved looking around the clothes, eyeing up what Erin likes now that she’s a bit older and what she might want to wear at DLP. Standouts for me were the cardigans but so much money.

Being pin collectors we had to have a look. Sadly, nothing really stood out to us. We liked plenty of the pins but at roughly £15-£20 each, I wanted to find ones we really loved. We’ve saved our money but will definitely buy some in DLP.

What I love about the Disney Store is how fun it is to visit, even if you’re not buying anything. Staff are so friendly and helpful, and there’s so much to see as you walk around.
Want to try a delicious K-Dog next time you're in Want to try a delicious K-Dog next time you're in London? Head to @camdenmarket and be sure to visit @uhkdogsnjuicy

Choose from turkey sausage, vegetarian sausage or just mozzarella cheese as a filling, then decided on your coating. There are 7 to choose from, from something quite plain to some really interesting options. Next, you can have up to 3 sauce toppings!

Cooked fresh to order, these K-Dogs are absolutely delicious. I didn't think one covered with fries would be as good as it was... but it really was amazing. The cheese pull is phenomenal too.

Erin finished off with Tanghulu, a fruit skewer which is coated in a liquid sugar, which has set. On a really hot day in London, this was a perfect end to lunch.

Erin's already asking if we can get these again next time we're in London so we can try to cheese coin as well as a different topping.

AD | I love taking Erin to London to see a show an AD | I love taking Erin to London to see a show and last week, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child (@cursedchildldn) recently celebrated its 10th anniversary at the Palace Theatre!

We got to see the show 10 years after it first started and managed to catch it before it changes from a 2 part show to a 1 part production in October. We were both completely blown away by how magical the whole show is. There were so many things that we just could not figure out, and have been talking about it days later.

The great thing about seeing a show in London during the summer is that @londontheatre host an annual Kids Week, where children aged 17 and under can go free to the theatre when accompanied by an adult paying full price. Plus, an additional two children can attend for half price!

Kids Week tickets are available for selected performances between 20 July – 31 August, only at OfficialLondonTheatre.com.

I've had a really busy month with work, having pla I've had a really busy month with work, having plans with friends and extra driving lessons so I haven't had as much time to devote towards this challenge. Usually I would be a lot more active on Vinted but sadly didn't manage what I wanted to achieve this month.

I really wanted to get to about £140 this month, so I was a little bit ahead of myself. Really, the monthly target is around £110 but August is going to be a busy month too.

I did book our Eurostar tickets though this month so that did take a chunk out of what I already had saved. This month I'm hoping to get a hotel booked in Paris for a few days before Disneyland. I'm having a bit of trouble deciding where I want to stay though.

Total saved in July:

Vinted = £70

Sell Your Books = £3.96

eBay = £20.53

Regular savings = £0

Total saved in July = £94.49

Savings so far = £309.55 / £1325

(£183 spent this month on Eurostar)

This year we are so excited to be seeing @cursedchildldn, before it switches over to a 1 part show.

AD | Something we're trying to do more of this yea AD | Something we're trying to do more of this year is to say yes to trying new things, especially when it comes to food.

We recently visited @phorestaurant for the first time and was so impressed that we already want to go back.

Vietnamese food is new to us but Pho has lots of great dishes to choose from. Staff in Norwich were amazing with recommendations, especially letting Erin know how spicy the kid's curry is!

Here's what we ate:
Starters
Chicken wings
Veggie spring rolls

Mains
Mushroom and tofu Pho
Chicken wok fried noodles
Chicken Ca-Ri (Erin)

Dessert
Banana fritters
Pandan waffles

Pho might not have been on my list of great places for a family meal before but it definitely is now.

Do you have a favourite meal at Pho? What should we try next?

Snacks at the cinema can be so expensive, especial Snacks at the cinema can be so expensive, especially when you add in the cost of the tickets.

Definitely not just for kids, the Snack It Box is a great value option.

What does it come with?

🍿 Popcorn - salty, sweet or a bit of a mix

🍫 Chocolate bar or sweets

🥤 Drink - Erin has a Tango Ice Blast and I have something like Tango

Erin and I like different kinds of popcorn, and drinks, so these work out great for us. 2 boxes cost us £14.48 and we try to use our free cinema tickets through Sky when we can to keep the costs down.
I've been to Sheringham so many times but had some I've been to Sheringham so many times but had somehow missed visiting the @petercokeshellgallery_

Inside the gallery you'll find around 200 exhibits all made by the actor, playwright and artists, Peter Coke.

We loved strolling around, taking in the amazing creations and trying to pick out our favourites. We spent time trying to find as many different kinds of shells as we could, always finding something new and interesting to look at.

There's a small shop area if you want to buy a souvenir and you can also visit lifeboat museum  (@hru_lifeboat_sheringham_) next door for free too!

Opening times - 11am to 3pm depending on the time of year

Price - FREE but welcomes donations
A few months ago Erin started lessons with @eska_k A few months ago Erin started lessons with @eska_karate, and immediately fell in love with it. It didn't take her long to move up to red belt but she's also just done her very first competition.

Although Erin was super nervous beforehand, she took part in an individual Kata competition, placing 2nd and winning a silver medal.

The nerves soon went away and the excitement took over and now, she can't wait to do another one.
