Okay, so I know you must be wondering why the hell we’re reviewing water! Surely all bottled water is the same, right? Actually, it isn’t! AQUA Carpatica Water is different because both the Natural Spring Water and Natural Sparkling Spring Water are free from Nitrates!
If you’re anything like me, you may not have known what nitrates are before now, or how the affect the bottled water you buy. Nitrates can be really harmful for humans if consumed at a high level. Some sources of nitrates include septic tank leakage, livestock manure, and erosion of natural deposits.
The reason why I am talking about bottled water today, and nitrates, is that they can be really harmful for pregnant women and babies. Consuming nitrates while pregnant can cause serious health problems for the baby!

So, do nitrates affect how water tastes? You might be surprised but it really does. John is a big water drinker are much prefers the bottled option to that out of the tap.
