BABY born Surprise Baby Bottle House Review

One of Erin’s favourite things to play with is a play set and she has quite a few. Now that she’s nearly 4 Erin is really able to use her imagination with these sets and can now play with them on her own a little bit more. We were recently sent the new BABY born Surprise Baby Bottle House for Erin to try!

For a 3 year old, there’s not much better than receiving a really exciting looking package and that’s exactly how the BABY born Surprise Baby Bottle House arrived. Of course, a closed play set begs to be opened and explored and the door that actually opens is a wonderful way to peek inside to see what’s going on.

One the BABY born Surprise Baby Bottle House is opened up it reveals 4 different play areas and a set of accessories. Of course, you also get a BABY born Surprise doll with the set and this is an exclusive so you won’t be able to get it anywhere else. The doll also has colour changing hair which is really cool!

The accessories included with the set are a bath, baby bottle, teddy bear, hair brush and talc and baby wash bottles. I think the addition of the accessories really help children to play with the set in many different ways and it helps to encourage their imagination. The bath in particular is my personal favourite as you can fill the bottom with water which then turns it into a real working shower. This is such a fun feature and it really makes a difference to the set! It’s such a lovely idea that children can give the doll a bath, wash their hair (and discover something magical) and then give them a bit of a pamper session afterwards.

On the lower level of the house there is a baby gym with hanging moon, star and heart with plenty of space to play with the teddy bear too. Opposite, there is a changing mat and pretend drawers. The BABY born Surprise doll can use the bottle accessory to drink real water which then makes them wet their nappy! The changing area is a great place to get the doll dry and clean again.

No house would be complete without somewhere for the baby to sleep. On the top level of one half of the house is a bedroom with safety gate, bed and mobile above which turns around. It’s a lovely area to put the doll after she’s had a play and a bath and it’s also a great space to keep the doll when the house is closed up.

Opposite the bedroom there is an empty space and this is where we have put the bath and some of the accessories. It’s a great space for this and the glittery light above is a lovely touch. We also use this area for storage of the bath and accessories when the set it closed up. As the bath turns into a working shower I do think it’s a bit easier to use this on the floor where there is a bit more space.

The BABY born Surprise Baby Bottle House is such a wonderful play set and there is plenty to do. If, like Erin, you have multiple BABY born Surprise dolls then you can do a lot more with the set and play with it in different ways. It’s also a great way to be able to play with the set with friends or siblings. I think this one is going to be a real hit this Christmas!

  1. I love the look of the bottle house. The colouring is really good and it seems like a sturdy product. I#d probably use the empty space for storage too so nothing was lost.

  2. Oh my my daughter has a little baby born doll and I think that she would love this baby born bottle surprise. I’m sure it will be something added to the list.

  3. I used to love little play sets like this when I was younger! Luke, bizarrely, hasn’t ever been into toys like this, which is sad because I’d love to see him making his own little stories up more. This looks really cute and there are so many little details that really make it!
