I cannot tell you how many times in a night I shove John or tell him to turn over because he’s snoring so much or so loudly. He sleeps so soundly though so it definitely annoys me more than him and if you ask him, he will tell you that I snore too. I try to tell him that I don’t but the thing is, he can sleep through anything whereas I can’t. We’ve recently been sent a Good Night Anti-Snoring Ring to try out to see if at least one of us can get a better night’s sleep.
How it works
‘The Good Night Anti-Snoring Ring is a special ring worn on your pinkie finger that helps you sleep at night. Pop it on 30 minutes before you go to sleep and let the acupressure simulators go to work to open up your breathing passages whilst you sleep.
There are not one, but two points inside Good Night Ring. These apply light pressure on specific points on your little finger. These help you to fall asleep and breathe better during the night. It helps your tiredness and therefore makes you more productive.’
What I like about the Good Night Anti-Snoring Ring is that although it comes in different sizes (have have the large) they are also adjustable. Obviously not everyone’s fingers are the same size and the size could be the difference between this working or not. Also, you only need to wear the ring for 30 minutes before you go to bed and then through the night so it’s really easy and simple to use.
To help anyone who might be a snorer themselves, or like me has a husband who keeps them awake, we’re giving away a Good Night Anti-Snoring Ring to one reader!
