Cost, vouchers and booking

Bottomless brunch at Hard Rock Cafe Oxford Street costs £55 for 2 courses or £60 for 3 courses.

I got vouchers through buyagift as they were a lot cheaper. Sometimes you can get 3 courses for 2 people for around £70, making it nearly half the price. There aren’t many restrictions with the voucher either which is great. They can be used year round and brunch is served from 11am until 3pm and you get a 90 minute time slot. Minimum age is 18 so it’s not something to do with the kids. However, you can eat there from the regular menu with children.

Booking with a voucher was really easy as it was all done online. The booking was made through Open Table and the voucher details were put in the comments section. I actually used 2 vouchers as added all of the information on one booking.

The menu

Sometimes, with set menus you are quite restricted with food choices. That wasn’t the case at all at Bottomless brunch at Hard Rock Cafe Oxford Street. We found there to be more than enough choice for everyone and something for all tastes. I also liked that there was 2 vegan options for starters and mains as well as an option for dessert.

Drinks

Included with bottomless brunch is unlimited Prosecco, house red or white wine, or draught beer. There is an option to upgrade to cocktails for £15pp but everyone in the group has to do this. Prosecco was more than good enough for us and I think over the whole meal we drank 3 bottles between us. A bottle was left on the table for us and replaced when we had finished. Our server also came and topped up our glasses.

Starters

For starters we had a mix of smashed avocado (a vegan and a regular) and the waffle, fried chicken and bacon.

The starters were served pretty quickly and we must have only been waiting around 5-10 minutes for this. My waffle was absolutely to die for; it was super soft and fluffy and delicious. The fried chicken was pretty amazing too.

The presentation of the starters was also really good. The food all looked delicious before we’d even tasted anything and it only got better from there.

Main course

We had a real mixture for the main course between us. With 9 different options to choose from I think all of us had a few things we were considering. I think you can’t go wrong with a burger though and having been to a different Hard Rock Cafe before, I knew that it would be good. I wasn’t wrong! The burger comes with smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, crispy onion ring, leaf lettuce and a vine-ripened tomato. My burger was cooked to perfection and I had plenty of fries to go with it.

Another main was the hot salmon salad, consisting of grilled salmon, tender stem broccoli, green beans garden peas, fennel, radish and dijon & lemon dressing. The piece of salmon was really big and a lot more than I was expecting it to be.

Lastly, we had the Hard Rock Cafe original tupelo chicken tenders which came with seasoned fries, honey mustard and house made barbecue sauce. The chicken tenders, just like with my starter, were absolutely delicious. They’re really thick so you get plenty of food with this main.

Dessert

Again with dessert there was a few different options. I was having a hard time choosing between the New York cheesecake and pancakes but eventually, I settled on cheesecake, as did someone else.

As dessert was served our server, and a couple of others, came over to sing happy birthday to one of our friend’s and it was such a lovely moment. She also had happy birthday written on her dessert plate in chocolate which was a nice touch. We didn’t have to ask for this to be done, the server double checked with one of us while the other wasn’t there.

The cheesecake was super soft and creamy and paired with the cream and strawberries, was pretty perfect. I was absolutely glad I picked this over pancakes, although they did look really good.

Service

The service we got at Hard Rock Cafe Oxford Street was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, our server was extremely helpful and was always close by if we needed anything. We chose Hard Rock Cafe Oxford Street for a special occasion and it was absolutely a good choice. We all felt really special and in a great setting.

Even at the £60pp I think we got great value for money. Although I would look on buyagift first to see if they have a deal or discount, Hard Rock Cafe Oxford Street is somewhere I would absolutely go again.
