At this age, small children don’t really go from one summer to the next still being able to wear the same clothes. Erin is so different now compared to a year ago so I knew that I would have to buy her quite a lot of new clothes for our holiday to Majorca.
Travelling Outfits
As this is our first family holiday abroad, it’s also the first time that Erin will have been on a plane. The flight is only 2.5 hours long but for a toddler, this can be a very long time. With the help of intu Chapelfield in Norwich, I was able to get Erin a couple of super comfortable outfits for Erin to wear on both flights. I wanted something that Erin could move around easily in and these bodysuits and joggers from H&M Kids are absolutely perfect. The star trainers from Next go really well with the colours and they’re easy for Erin to get on and off if she doesn’t want to wear them.

Mint green joggers (£5.99)

Everyday Clothes
At the time of writing this post, the weather is supposed to be pretty nice during our holiday. I think we’re looking at around 15°C-18°C with a tiny bit of rain. I already had quite a lot of pairs of leggings for Erin, as well as short sleeved t-shirts but not many shorts or dresses.
I actually found it SO hard to find decent shorts that weren’t thick denim. I know we’ve had some bad weather in the UK lately but the Spring/ Summer clothes have come out so late. Strangely, boy’s sections had loads of choices but not for girls. It was really frustrating because our holiday was getting closer and closer and I only got these bits 2 weeks before!
Next stripe t-shirt (£7) and denim shorts
Next grey stripe blouse and shorts set (£19)
TU dress (£5)
TU dress (£6)
No holiday would be complete without some new sandals! I decided to go for a white pair and a bronze pair based on what Erin normally wears. During the summer she will be in sandals a lot so I wanted to make sure we were also covered for quite a while. These sandals were not exactly cheap but they will go wit everything else Erin owns.
Next bronze sandals (bought in the sale)
Next white and silver sandals (£14)
I really love Erin’s holiday wardrobe. I think I was quite clever with my choices because she will also be able to wear everything when we’re back home in the UK! Keep an eye on our social media this week, I’m sure some of these items will pop up at some point!
