As a family, we’re always looking for something different and fun to do. Sometimes, it can be hard to find something suitable for everyone. With the help of the brand new film Migration and Buyagift, we found ourselves a new challenge in Norfolk!

Using the Family Fun Experience Box was easy. Once I’d picked an experience for us to do and redeemed the voucher, booking was a simple procedure. Some experience partners require you to book directly while others might use the Buyagift website (such as hotel stays).
We tend to go on a lot of days out where we can get outdoors, or visit well-known tourist attractions. I wanted for us to do something a bit different as a family so I chose pottery painting at Urban Clay in Aylsham (Norfolk) as our experience.
Booking online was easy. I was able to book with Urban Clay directly by putting in my Buyagift voucher details. I was able to choose the day and time I wanted to visit, along with how many people would be going. This particular Buyagift voucher gave us pottery painting for 2 people including a product worth up to £16 each. We could pay for more if we wanted.
We had so many different items to choose from and it took us a little while to choose. Erin went for a beautiful fairy while I chose the letter E. This will go perfectly in Erin’s bedroom once it’s redecorated later in the year!
Being able to sit and do something fairly calm and relaxing was a lovely way to spend a Saturday morning. Pottery painting was something different to what we would usually pick to do and it was a wonderful way to create memories together! Every time we look at our finished pieces, we can remember the morning we spent together doing them.
