On an evening there is not much better than sitting with a delicious bag of chocolatey goodness and just chilling out with a good TV show or film. Although we both have our favourite treats, John and I love to try something new and we couldn’t wait to tuck into the goodies that we were sent from Mighty Fine.
Before now, I honestly hadn’t heard of Mighty Fine but I am so glad I know about them now. Mighty Fine first started back in 2014 in a shop in Camden, London where they sold chocolates, truffles and bags of honeycomb! Since then the shop has closed and they have spent time mastering their honeycomb recipe and now sell all around the world!
Mighty Fine kindly sent us a few bags of their Honeycomb Dips and it was a hard choice of which to try first.
I personally prefer milk chocolate to anything else so I got stuck in as soon as I could. Now, I have a particular love for a certain chocolate bar but I sometimes struggle to bite through it because of it being too hard/ my teeth not being great. I have to be honest and say that I was a little bit worried that this would be the same. This honeycomb is has a beautiful crunch to it without it being too hard and the chocolate is smooth and sweet and the two go amazingly well together.
The bag contained 9 large pieces of honeycomb dipped in chocolate and as they were quite large pieces, I thought this was just a nice amount. Smaller, bite size pieces also would have been nice! If you don’t want a bag, there are bars available in the same flavours too.
I love that I’ve found a new delicious treat and I think I need a secret stash of the bars in my handbag!
