It feels like this day has been a very long time coming. This morning John, Erin and I are flying to Palma ready for our first family holiday abroad to Puerto Pollensa, Majorca. I remember booking this holiday way back in March 2017 so we’ve actually had over a year to wait for it to happen. I like booking holidays head whenever I can because it’s good to be able to spread the cost if you need to.
We went on holiday last year to Center Parcs in October but I have been dreaming of sun, a pool and the beach I think since John and I got married in Orlando. This time, instead of a self-catering holiday we decided to go for a real treat and go all inclusive, something neither of us have ever done before.
When we picked this holiday we wanted something where we could really get away and relax for a week. We also wanted lots of lovely food options and for us just to have fun. Erin has never been on a plane before so this will be her first time flying. She’s been excited about it so far so fingers crossed the actual flight goes well. I am really prepared though as I’ve put together lots of lovely activities for her during the flight.
While we are away I won’t be working much at all but I will still be checking in on social media every now and again but be prepared for some holiday spam. I get super snap happy with a camera so I’ll no doubt be posting plenty of pictures while we’re away! There will still be blog posts going live the whole time we’re away but for now, see you on the 24th!
