It’s surprising how much a child needs even when they’re in nursery. I remember getting Erin’s paperwork which stated what Erin needed to have for school and it was so much more than I imagined. Something I didn’t really think about too much though was labelling things like Erin’s school t-shirts, jumpers and other items of clothes she uses on nursery days. I think I figured that they would be on her so how would they get lost. It turns out this can happen really easily! Being a messy child, Erin ends up getting changed a couple of times a
Erin is going on a school trip to the zoo in a couple of weeks and she needs to take a packed lunch with her. She takes packed lunches all throughout the holidays anyway but normally we are able to put them in the fridge at school to keep everything at the right temperature. We normally use a Yumbox Classic, which Erin loves but
Erin goes to nursery at a private school and last week the main school broke up for the summer holidays. Usually, Erin will have a school lunch on the 3 days she is there a week and this means she gets to eat a hot meal with the rest of the children in the whole school. The nursery stays open for 51 weeks of the year but during school holidays children are required to take packed lunches. This means that Erin now has 9 weeks of packed lunches and I’ll be the first to admit that I hate doing them!
