About a month ago while cleaning the bathroom I started to have a sort out of our toothbrushes and realised it was about time we got them all changed. It was only a year or so ago that I realised that you’re supposed to change your toothbrush every 3 or 4 months. I’m sure a lot of us are guilty of leaving it a lot longer than that. If that’s you, know that you’re definitely not on your own!

An email came through just at the right time and we were offered a brand new set of toothbrushes from The Humble Co. The Humble Brush comes in various colours, different firmness of bristles and they even come in child versions as well as for adults.

Although it might seem a bit strange, these toothbrushes come with instructions on the packaging. Being made from a variety of products, the packaging explains what can be disposed of and in which way and this was something that I thought was very useful. The packaging is all made from recycled materials while the handle is 100% biodegradable, sustainably-grown bamboo!

We were sent a mixture of 2 adults and 2 child brushes, in a few different colours. The handles are really lovely and smooth and are much nicer to hold than a plastic toothbrush. There’s something about the shape of the handle that just makes it a nicer product to use.

Erin was really excited that she got both a blue and a purple brush and John and I have toothbrushes that we can easily tell apart. I have quite sensitive teeth and gums and the soft bristles are perfect for me. Although the bristles are nice and soft, I’m still left feeling like my teeth are lovely and clean.
