AD | Gifted During the week when Erin is at nursery I know that she is doing lots of fun and creative things with her friends and teachers and I don’t have to worry about screen time. However, now that we’re in the middle of the summer holidays I am constantly looking for new things to do with Erin that don’t include sitting and watching videos on YouTube too often. While I have no problem with Erin using her tablet for some down time I obviously don’t like her being on it all of the
Last year I feel like we went away an awful lot, probably too much. Due to Erin’s traumatic birth we really didn’t do anything much at all in 2016 and I really wanted to make up for that last year. While going away is lovely and I do love going, I would also really like to do some more things a bit closer to home. We live in beautiful Norfolk and there is so much to do here. There will still be a few holidays thrown in to the mix as well… for good measure
We’re now at the end of November and it’s pretty cold outside now! Erin and I get stuck indoors a lot of the time due to not being able to drive; we don’t want to get soaked before we even get somewhere! However, spending a few days in a row indoors with a nearly 2 year old means constantly having to think of fun and different things to do so they don’t get bored. Addo Play have some great winter boredom busters for toddlers we’ve been trying some of them out lately. Erin will soon
