Not too long ago our 7+ year old microwave died. What we thought was an exploded meal was actually rust and it just wasn’t working as well as it should. It took quite some time to actually think about how old that microwave was and we still can’t decide. Either I bought it while I was at university or John bought it when he first moved into our old flat. Whichever it was, it was really old and I think the cheapest we could get at the time. For as long as I can remember I have been overweight. I remember being 14 or 15 and comfortably fitting in size 14 and size 16 clothes. Back then though I had a lot more confidence in myself than I do now and I never cared what anyone thought of me or how I looked. Now, I’m certainly not shy and I still don’t really give a shit about what people think but I have zero self-confidence. I’m not sure when that went away but it’s slowly diminished over the years and I have never been able to regain it.
It’s true what they say about teething puppies; they try to eat anything they can. When Jackson was a little puppy he literally did try to eat whatever he could get his sharp teeth on and that included the corners of our fridge and freezers. We have galley kitchen and all under the counter appliances and he pretty much tried to eat all of them! Unfortunately, we no longer have Jackson with us as he had to be re homed and it’s time to start replacing some appliances as and when we can. This month we got a new Fridgemaster
