Erin has been going to nursery for nearly a month now so it’s given me a few weeks to get used to her not being around for a couple of days a week. From February, she will be going Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:45 to 3:30. While I do still feel a bit lost without her, having spent near enough every single day of the past two years with her, it’s amazing how quickly you get used to it and get into a new routine. This year I joined the gym so on a Wednesday and Friday mornings I go
For as long as I can remember I have been overweight. I remember being 14 or 15 and comfortably fitting in size 14 and size 16 clothes. Back then though I had a lot more confidence in myself than I do now and I never cared what anyone thought of me or how I looked. Now, I’m certainly not shy and I still don’t really give a shit about what people think but I have zero self-confidence. I’m not sure when that went away but it’s slowly diminished over the years and I have never been able to regain it.
Tomorrow you’ll be able to read a post all about me joining the gym this year but if you want to look after yourself a bit more this year like me but don’t fancy treadmills and weights then there are other ways to keep fit out of the gym.
